Classes are mixed and develops overall fitness combined with boxing technique. Examples of boxing technique includes; striking with various punches, defensive positions and guards, movement of footwork, upper body and head, tactics. Sparring is included in classes but only when the student and instructor feel they are ready. Emphasis is always on technical sparring to improve technique – set punches and blocks are given to sparring partners so they know what is coming.

Youth offending

We support young people excluded from school, disengaged from education, unemployed, or on the edge of the youth justice system—especially young males facing serious challenges. Many are dealing with personal loss, isolation, or the lasting impact of COVID-19. We offer a positive path forward, helping them reconnect, rebuild, and thrive.
