Initially, RJ attended our fitness classes for stress relief. With encouragement from our coaching team, especially Coach Vish, he gradually developed a routine. Boxing became his outlet—a way to channel frustration and build physical and mental resilience. Over time, RJ learned discipline, improved his fitness, and gained confidence in his abilities.
Outcome:

SK, the Female Participant
Background:
SK, a 29-year-old woman, initially joined our women-only boxing sessions feeling shy and unsure of herself. She faced social isolation and struggled with mental health issues, compounded by cultural expectations that limited her outside activities.
