Grassroots (7-10 YEAR OLDS)

Our Grassroots sessions are lively, fun-filled classes designed specifically for children aged 7 to 10. These sessions are all about building confidence, developing body awareness, and introducing young children to the world of fitness and boxing in a safe, engaging environment. We combine basic boxing fundamentals—non-contact and tailored for young learners—with a variety of exciting fitness drills and activities. Thanks to our newly added features, children can enjoy climbing walls, monkey bars, assault courses, and climbing nets, making each session dynamic and full of adventure. Our goal is to make fitness fun! Through energetic games, team challenges, and skill-building exercises, children stay motivated and eager to learn more. These sessions promote physical development, coordination, teamwork, and self-confidence—setting a strong foundation for a healthy lifestyle. Please note: Schedule may be subject to change. Once enrolled, children attend only on the scheduled days and times. Grassroots classes run during term time only, providing a structured, safe environment for young champions to grow and thrive.
